Paris officials seek to reduce the area under heritage protection in the capital

The left-wing municipal majority plans to review the perimeters of what is considered a 'Remarkable Heritage Site,' which it deems too extensive. Currently, the site includes the first seven arrondissements of the capital, as well as parts of four others.
