Russia seizes assets of Nestlé and French firms Auchan and Leroy Merlin

Moscow defended on Friday a decree issued by Russian President Vladimir Putin the previous evening that led authorities to seize assets of three French firms, as well as Swiss food giant Nestlé, the latest response to Western sanctions over the Ukraine conflict.
