The press releases should have a clear and newsworthy angle and be free from spam, direct address, and ads hype. It should incorporate the following features:
Thrilled:
The news angles timely information about a milestone like an award or anniversary, business expansion or recent event, and news announcement.
Tone:
Always write in the third person – don't put “WE” or “I” unless you are using a direct quote. Consider the perspective of the reader and write to the point while being engaging. Avoid adjectives and sales-pitch language. Don't put your own opinions while writing. Try to avoid jargon as not many understand it. Last but not the least, always proofread to avoid expensive errors.
Accuracy:
For all press releases referring criminal matters or legal actions, a complaint number, or the court of record and case number.
Information:
Press Releases submitted should contain a valid email address and phone number in the contact information.
Authorize:
All network marketing companies with a major announcement or using a stock ticker symbol – You submit written authorization from an executive before news distribution. Independent representatives of network marketing companies must have consent from the executive.
Length:
Press releases should be between 250 and 2000 words. The length of the press release directly affects the distribution. And, too short have trouble getting indexed in search engines. The summary should also be within 160 characters maximum.
Spelling and Grammar:

Academic Writing:
